A secure democratic Net is a fundamental right

A belgian journalist went undercover as a journalist and participated untill the finals with the Belgian Miss Beauty contest. A few days before the final she uncovered herself in P Magazine.

But

she published emails she received as a participant during the contest from the organizer (for which I have no sympathy by the way).

So the question is (considering the level of paranoia the organiser has according to the leaked emails)

* did she sign a Non Disclosure Agreement by which all contacts with the media up untill the final will be organised and agreed upon by the organizers

* was there a emaildisclaimer under or above the emails she has received ?

There are two ways to do this

First you can mention above the text of the email

"This email is strictly private, personal and confidential and may under no circumstances be republished or distributed without prior agreement"

Or you place a longer legal emaildisclaimer uner the email with privacy, copyrights, responsabilities and so on

If such a disclaimer was under the emails she can be in big trouble. I hope the lawyers of Pmagazine did the necessary research before. Otherwise they will make the organiser very rich and that would be a pitty.
