Halloween hacking campaign still in full force

Another 2000 websites have been defaced the last days which makes a total of 6000 over a weekend ..... Halloween no ? And it seems that all the different gangs are participating in the fun or horror

These are the hacked .be sites

The Huyandai defacement is a perfect example of why you should end a website when it is finished (here for the 14th of september marketing action) and just park it with a simple redirect to the main website in case someone still visits the site. This will make it more difficult to hack it. It is not because you still own the domainname (to keep it from trafficsquatters which use it to show adsense because of its Google Ranking and its traffic) that you need to give it a website. Lesser is better.

oh and by the way there are today still 300 THREE HUNDRED phishing sites active on the Belgian web according to the Atlas monitor from Arbor networks.
