I think there are smarter things to do with that situation than.

As we don't see any humor or libery of the press in these stupid pix we aren't ready to pay anything or take any risk for them. It is also quite astonishing to see now some people making claims about liberty of the press and so on but this ain't a case for which you should storm the barricades. THe judge should always be obliged to hear all concerned parties before making any decision because that is why he is called a judge. To hear all parties, experts and the evidence and to take a decision. Even if those are preliminary and can be revoked afterwards, but all parties should be heard so he can have an informed judgment.
