Belgian ethics for politicians : some inspiration
There has been a lot of fuss about a minister of international affairs that has or hasn't been speculating with some of his or his family's stock in a bank. If I understood it rightly in the US he wouldn't have any control about this stock because it would be managed by an outside firm. In the case of our minister that firm would have sold that stock already long ago and he wouldn't have hold on to it - out of fear that he could be prosecuted
