Secure DNS with DNSSEC is coming with windows 7

Essentially, Microsoft will be providing full support for DNSSEC in Windows Server 7, both as a validating caching server (a caching server that actually checks to make sure a response is valid before passing the response to the client) and as an authoritative server. Furthermore, Active Directory will have mechanisms to syncronize trust anchors with other servers in the domain, greatly easing this administrative burden. Zone signing and key management are handled through an offline signing tool.

We recently launched the DNSSEC Resource Center designed to provide you with the latest in DNSSEC news, links to products, whitepapers, videos and more. You'll also find links to third party resources like DNSSEC-deployment
