attack level still high in belgium

what do you expect if we have over a hundred control and command centers of botnets on our networks that are only taken down for about 20%

these are the attackers/scanners (and you may notice that superfit.be is now top of the list while it was the last one two days ago - but as we don't have a CERT there is nobody to take them down or inform them that there is something awfully wrong at their site)

You can off course start blocking these sites if you see attack traffic coming from them and say to hell with them if they don't agree with that or lose visitors or traffic. It seems to be your only self defense and secondly what happened to the official discourse from the ISP's to the politicians that it isn't necessary to distribute free security software to every user (as the New Telecom law says) because they have everything under control with their security controls on the entrance and sorties of their network - well this shows this is not true (some may call it something else)

so you can be proud of that  :)

will somebody at Belgacom start kicking some ass or are you just letting the image and reputation of your network services (and the other securitybusiness you have bought up) being destroyed by some stupid infected computers ?

this is by their own words not a CERT They call themselves CERT but they only work for BELNET. They do sometimes other things. But if they really are a CERT why is their service so minimal. And why do they not work more pro-active ?
