Belgium has very high rate of TCP scanning on port 445 for vulnerabilities

anybody responsable awake over there ? Yooohoooo wakywaky time to do something maybe get superfit ? Get that nonsense server down, it has now already been scanning for hell the last couple of days, how many days more ?
It is not our job to contact people and to take risks with people that sometimes are rude, negligent, angry and threaten with a trial because they think we did it.....
