Belgian EID : check 24/365 if it was stolen

the administration has just made available two services to determine whether a Belgian identity document has been stolen, lost, invalidated, etc.
CheckDoc (cf. https://www.checkdoc.be) is an online service that allows anyone (after userid/password authentication) to determine whether a Belgian identity document is valid or not.
DocStop is a phone-based service, available at the international free number 00800 2123 2123 (or at the non-free number +32 2 518 2123).
Both services are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and permit the validation or revocation of any chip-based identity document issued in Belgium. These services allow anyone to avoid the risk of fraudulent use of Belgian identity documents, as well as the financial consequences from any such use
