you have updated but PHP5.2.7 has a bug
The open-source PHP Group has removed PHP version 5.2.7 from distribution because of a security bug that affects certain configurations. According to a notice from the Apache-backed project, PHP users should use version 5.26 until PHP 5.2.8 is released with a fix for this issue
so now you can downgrade again.....
