having a Cert is good, having it hacked is stupid
As a CERT you should be extra careful and not to do the things that we are telling others not to do
as leaving an old site - or part of an old site operational while you in fact have no idea what is happening with it and it can be hacked or defaced because of this neglicence. what you don't use, you close, destroy, delete or whatever but you NEVER let it just online
